This checklist is to be completed by new faculty, working with their onboarding mentor(s), within six months following initial appointment. When completed, it must be submitted, and copies will be sent to the department chair and the Office of Faculty and Professional Development.
Faculty are expected to meet with their onboarding mentor(s) within 90 days of date of hire; responsibilities will include the selection of the career mentoring team.
