• Solicit nominations for the chair of the Executive Committee, chair(s)-elect of the standing committees, treasurer-elect and recorder-elect positions.
• Replenish the appointed membership.
• Recommend women on the Hershey campus for various awards (e.g., CFW Mentoring Award, 3C Award) and leadership positions.

Current initiatives

• Call for nominees and selection of awardees for the 3C Award and Mentoring Award.
• Seeking nominations for all CFW committees and elections – call for nominations, creation of ballots and election, announcements of new chairs and chair-elects.
